Mission

As a Full Stack Developer at Demodesk, you will play a critical role in shaping our platform and enhancing our customers' experiences. You will work closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams to design and implement new features that directly impact our users. Your work will be central to driving product improvements and operational excellence as we scale our business.

Goals

Develop and Enhance Core Features: Work across the full technology stack, from designing UI components to developing robust backend services, to build and improve our platform.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences and align on project goals.
Drive Product Improvement: Participate in feature planning and contribute ideas to ensure our product meets the evolving needs of our customers.
Revamp and Automate Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency through technology solutions.
Maintain Code Quality: Ensure high code quality, performance, and scalability by adhering to best practices in software development, testing, and documentation.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and other modern web technologies.
Strong understanding of database management and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Full professional fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for technology and innovation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across different teams.
