(Senior) Strategic Customer Success Manager

Mission

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our high-touch strategic customers. From pre-sales and implementation to relationship management, renewals, and upsells, you will own the full customer lifecycle—establishing Demodesk as the leading AI-driven sales coaching platform worldwide.

As part of the Customer Success Team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers and prospects on how to best implement Demodesk and continuously optimize their revenue motion. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a fast time-to-value, maintaining healthy customer engagement, fostering long-term strategic relationships, and driving upsells, expansions, and successful renewals.

Goals
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships within your portfolio of high-touch customers, proactively driving their success and growth through structured account plans.

  • Own customer renewals while strategically driving revenue through successful upsells and expansions.

  • Partner with the sales team to guide prospects through a seamless evaluation of Demodesk, ensuring a clear understanding of our platform’s value and capabilities.

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new high-touch clients, overseeing consulting, implementation, and training to ensure a smooth transition and maximize platform adoption.

  • Serve as the go-to product expert, developing creative workarounds, identifying new use cases, and proactively driving customer engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with the product team, providing valuable insights to refine and enhance our platform in alignment with customer needs.


Your profile
  • Bachelor/master studies in business administration (or related studies) 

  • 3+ years experience in consulting (IT projects), Sales or Customer/ Client Success/ Account Management in a SaaS environment

  • Start-Up Experience is a plus 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve challenging user and business needs

  • Previous experience with common Sales tech stack (CRMs, AI tools, etc.)

  • Expert coordinator and collaborator across various stakeholders with different backgrounds

  • Fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus)
