Mission

Demodesk lives inside an ecosystem: CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), dialers (Aircall, CloudCall, RingCentral), consultancies and agencies that implement sales tech for mid-market companies across Europe. Every one of those relationships is a channel, and right now they are underbuilt.

You will own partnerships end to end: sourcing, closing, activating, and scaling. That means CRM ecosystem partnerships that drive co-selling and marketplace presence, referral and reseller relationships with sales consultancies and RevOps agencies in the DACH region and beyond, and technology partnerships that expand what our AI agents can connect to.
This is a build role, not a manage role. You will define the partner motion, prove it works, and lay the foundation for the partnerships function as we scale.

Goals

  • Build and own a partner pipeline: identify, pitch, and close referral, reseller, and technology partnerships
  • Activate CRM ecosystem partnerships (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), from marketplace listings to co-marketing and co-selling motions
  • Recruit and enable sales consultancies, RevOps agencies, and system integrators as implementation and referral partners
  • Design partner economics: commission structures, enablement materials, certification paths
  • Run joint go-to-market campaigns with partners, in tandem with marketing
  • Own partner-sourced revenue as your north star metric
  • Represent Demodesk at ecosystem events and partner conferences across Europe

Your profile

What you bring
  • 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development at a B2B SaaS company
  • A track record of building partner relationships that generated measurable revenue, not just signed logos
  • Understanding of the CRM and sales tech ecosystem: you know how HubSpot and Salesforce partner programs work, or you learn ecosystems fast
  • Strong commercial instincts: partner deals are still deals, and you know how to structure and close them
  • Self-direction: this is our first dedicated partnerships hire, and you will write the playbook
  • Fluent German and English (our strongest partner ecosystem is in the DACH region)
Nice to have
  • Existing relationships with sales consultancies, RevOps agencies, or CRM implementation partners in Europe
  • Experience launching or managing app marketplace listings
  • Experience at an early-stage company where you built a function from scratch

Demodesk is building the world's first intelligent online meeting tool with the vision to enable anyone to have great customer conversations. Web conferencing tools that are being used today are purely functional. They hardly offer anything beyond video calling and local desktop sharing. In a time where almost all companies build web-based software, it's needlessly complicated to route screen sharing through local desktops still. And even though AI and NLP are slowly upgrading call recording, vendors are still having a hard time making sense of sales conversations at scale and tracking meaningful data.

We have developed a new approach to screen sharing. Traditional tools only record a video of the presenter's local desktop screen. We set up a 100% web-based virtual display instead, that anyone can access by just clicking a link. By utilizing a virtual display, our software can automatically load the right presentation content at the meeting start, provide real-time conversational guidance on the sales rep's side without the customer seeing it and have significantly more data to analyze than existing tools.
